Product Listing Policy consists of information about the prohibited and restricted items that are purchased and sold in GC-Booster. We encourage you to read this policy carefully to find out if your item is allowed on GC-Booster before you list your item.

Please be aware that GC-Booster functions as a global marketplace, thus the selling or posting of items may be prohibited because of laws outside of the jurisdiction where you reside. You may not post or sell any item that is restricted or prohibited by a federal, state or local law in any country or jurisdiction.

We have listed some categories of prohibited or restricted items. Please be aware that this list is not exhaustive, but you as the seller, are fully responsible ensuring that you are not posting or selling an item that is prohibited by law in any jurisdiction.

Prohibited and Restricted Items List:

1.      ADULT MATERIALS
Materials adult in nature or otherwise inappropriate for minors (individuals under 18 years of age) may not be listed on GC-Booster, as it violates laws in many countries. GC-Booster strictly prohibits items depicting bestiality, rape sex, incest, or sex with graphic violence or degradation.

GC-Booster does not permit the sale of adult material products. Novelty sexually explicit items, including various types of toys, collectibles, food items or toys in the shape of genitalia, movies with an X rating or video games with an Adult Only (AO) rating and primarily intended for adult buyers are permitted in the appropriate category.

GC-Booster requires members to provide credit card information or alternative verification to access any Mature Audiences, which helps ensure that minors are not freely accessing adult material.

2.      ALCOHOL & WINE
The posting of alcohol & wine beverages are prohibited on GC-Booster. However, we will permit certain pre-approved sales of wine and certain sales of collectible containers. Furthermore, non U.S. members may not conduct alcohol sales with any GC-Booster member residing in United States.

The exemption of this items’ posting will be approved as long as each of the following conditions are met and stated verbatim in the listing:

·        The value of the item is in the collectible container, not its contents

·       The container has not been opened and any incidental contents are not intended for consumption   

·     The item is not available at any retail outlet, and the container has a value that substantially exceeds the current retail price of the alcohol in the container

·       The seller will take all appropriate steps to unsure that the buyer is of lawful age in the buyer and seller’s jurisdiction (generally 21years of age)

·          Buyers and seller both ensure that the sale complies with all applicable laws and shipping regulations

GC-Booster permits the sale of alcohol-related collectibles, including alcohol-related memorabilia, packaging and containers such as bottles, decanters or limited edition cans.

3.      ARTIFACTS, CULTURAL AND HERITAGE GOODS
Artifacts, cultural relics, historical grave markers, and related items are protected under the federal laws, such as The Federal Cave Resources Protection Act of 1988 is not permitted on GC-Booster. Item such as Victoria Cross medals awarded to Australian service personnel which is listed as Class A on the National Cultural Heritage Control List is prohibited for listing under any circumstances.

Goods that are the national cultural property of Papua New Guinea such as objects connected with traditional cultural life or mineral specimens or fossil/animal remains of historic interest are restricted posting.

4.      COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY AND STAMPS
Many countries strictly prohibit the sale and purchase of counterfeit currency and stamps, coins, bank notes, bonds, money orders as well as the equipment designed to make these illegal products. Therefore, GC-Booster strictly prohibits the post and sale of these items.

Replicas or reproductions coins may be listed as long as they are clearly marked with the word “COPY”, “REPRODUCTION”, “REPLICA” or otherwise required under local law.

5.      COUPONS AND TICKETS
GC-Booster permits resale of tickets to entertainment events (including sporting events, concerts, or plays) and tickets and coupons as travel agency products to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Due to fully responsible of ensuring that your transaction is lawful and not in violation of any contractual obligation, you are encouraged to read carefully any contracts that you have entered into that might limit your right to sell your item on GC-Booster.

Some items, such as airline tickets, have terms printed on the item that may limit your ability to sell the item. In other products, such as selling other company’s products, you may have to sign a contract with the company which states that it limits your ability to sell the products.

We encourage you not to list any item until you have reviewed any relevant contracts or agreements, and are confident you can legally post and sell it on GC-Booster. Therefore, we urge you to contact the company with whom you entered into the contract and/or consult with an attorney.

6.      CREDIT CARDS
GC-Booster is strictly prohibiting the listing of any credit or debit cards because of the prohibition to transfer credit or debit card from one person to another.

7.      DRUGS AND NARCOTICS
It is strictly prohibited to post or sell items consider narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, including a chemical or compound and a plant or a part of a plant on GC-Booster. This includes:

·       Isomers or mixture of isomers of a controlled chemicals or compounds;

·      A derivative of a controlled chemical or compound, including isomers and mixtures of isomers;

·       Substances or things that contain controlled chemical/s or compound/s, including isomers and mixtures of isomers, and derivatives;

·      Other chemicals and compounds that are an immediate precursor to a controlled chemical or compound, or

·        Plant or a part of a plant.

8.   ENDANGERED SPECIES OF WILD FAUNA AND FLORA, AND PARTS THEREOF 
Various kinds of animals and plants (including part of animal body such as skin, ivory, horn, body internal organ, tooth, paw, skull, bone, and other part of the body) protected by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) or other Countries’ local law and regulation are prohibited to be posted or sold on GC-Booster.

The posting or selling of poultry, livestock, and pet for commercial purpose is prohibited by GC-Booster.

• Cendrawasih Bird (Paradisae sp)
• King Parrot, Black Parrot
• King Ordomas Butterfly (Troides andromane) and etc.

The types of endangered species of fishes and dangerous fishes which are prohibited to be imported into some countries’ territory such as:

• Piranha fish (Serrasalmus Sp)
• Vampire Catfish (Vandelia Sp)
• Alligator Gar (Lepisostous Sp)
• Silurus Slane
• Esex Masouniongy
• Electrophorus Electicus
• Tetrodaoden Sp

9.      ETHNICALLY OR RACIALLY OFFENSIVE MATERIAL
It is prohibited to post any materials that are ethnically or racially offensive. The seller and buyer have to make sure that the products that they sell or purchase do not contain the above materials including a description of products that may be ethnically or racially offensive.

10.  FINANCIAL SERVICES
GC-Booster prohibits listings that offer financial services including any other related activities such as money transfers, issuing bank guarantees and letters of credit, loans, fundraising and funding for personal investment purposes, etc.

11.  FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, WEAPONS, EXPLOSIVE MATERIALS
Firearms, ammunition, military ordinance, assault weapons, and related parts or accessories are prohibited on GC-Booster. Furthermore, guns such as BB guns, air guns, black powder guns and muzzle-loader guns and stun guns are not permitted to be posted on GC-Booster.

12.  GOLD, SILVER AND OTHER PRECIOUS METALS
GC-Booster prohibits the listings that offer the sale of gold, silver and other precious metals, not including jewelry.

13.  GOVERNMENT IDS, LICENSES, AND UNIFORM
GC-Booster does not permit the listings of items that claim to be or appear similar to official government identification documents or licenses, fake identification cards or any items that are designed for the manufacture of such cards and government uniforms. Completed applications containing personal information such as birth certificates, drivers licenses, visas or passports are prohibited on GC-Booster.

14.  HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
It is prohibited to post or sell any hazardous or dangerous materials in GC-Booster.  Hazardous or dangerous materials such as matters, chemicals and biological which could harm the human health and the life of ecological system, directly or indirectly, which are poisonous, carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic, corrosive and irritating.

15.  HUMAN PARTS AND REMAINS
GC-Booster prohibits the listing of humans, the human body, or any human body parts. Examples of such prohibited items include, but are not limited to organs, bone, blood, waste, sperm, and eggs.

Items that contain human hair as well as skulls and skeletons that are used for medical purposes may be listed on GC-Booster. Items made of human hair, such as wigs, hair extension, eyelash extension for commercial uses, are permitted on GC-Booster.

16.  INVOICES
GC-Booster prohibits the listings of any form of invoices or receipts, including blank, pre-filled or value added invoices or receipts.

17.  JOB POSTINGS
GC-Booster does not prohibit the listing of job postings of its members such as a factory, company or institute. But it is responsible for the company to be fully ensure that the job postings are accurate, true, up-date, lawful and not misleading.

GC-Booster has rights to edit or erase any job postings that are considered contradicted with any law or policy.

18.  MAILING LISTS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
The posting or sale of bulk email, Internet Protocol (IP), Instant Messenger (IM), or mailing list that include personal information including names, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses or other personal identifications is strictly prohibited on GC-Booster.

19.  NON-BUSINESS INFORMATION
GC-Booster is an online business to business information platform; any information that not related to business information is strictly prohibited on this site.

20.  POLICE-RELATED ITEMS
It is strictly prohibited to post or sell any of law enforcement badges or official law enforcement equipment from any public authority issued by the government of any country on GC-Booster.

However, there are some limited police items that may be listed on our site that consist of any noted guidelines which are some authorized general souvenir items such as hats, mugs, pins, pens, buttons, cuff links, T-shirt that do not resemble badges.

21.  POSTING AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF COLLECTING USER INFORMATION OR RAISING MONEY
GC-Booster is an online business to business platform site which represents honesty and ethical standards. The posting on this site should represent that the item is being sold. Posting or selling with any other reason is strictly prohibited on our site.

22.  REAL ESTATE
We encourage you to be very sure that the real estate posting have meet with all applicable laws and regulations. Buyers also encouraged contacting the seller to get more information regarding the property listed.

23.  REFURBISHED MOBILE PHONES, LAPTOPS AND COMPUTERS
The posting and sale of refurbished mobile phones, laptops and computers is prohibited on GC-Booster.

24.  REPLICA AND COUNTERFEIT ITEMS
It is strictly prohibited to list counterfeit items, non-licensed replicas, or unauthorized items such as counterfeit designer garment, watches, handbags, sunglasses, or other accessories on GC-Booster.

Postings of the products which sell bear the name or logo of a company is permitted on GC-Booster if a certificate of authorization has been issued.

GC-Booster has any right to remove any listing offering to sell or purchase replica and counterfeit items.

25.  SATELLITE AND CABLE TV DESCRAMBLES
The posting of any items that can be used to gain unauthorized access to television programming such as satellite and cable TV, internet access, telephone, data or other protected, restricted services are prohibited. Furthermore, other activity on such related manners such as providing or giving information on how to descramble or gain access to satellite and cable TV is strictly prohibited.

26.  SOFTWARE
You can post or sell any software on GC-Booster if the items are attached with a certificate of authorization of related items. However, GC-Booster has the right to remove the posting if in any conditions the posting of the items that breaches any laws or regulations.

27.  SPY EQUIPMENT
The listing or sale of spy equipment, such as equipment used for wiretapping or other products that are designed primarily to record the private oral, wire or electronic conversations of others without their knowledge or permission is prohibited on GC-Booster.

28.  STOCKS AND OTHER SECURITIES
It is prohibits to list or sale of stocks, bonds, credit, investment interests, or other securities on GC-Booster.

29.  STOLEN PROPERTY     
GC-Booster strictly forbids the posting or sale of any items taken from private individuals and companies / governments without any authorization which violates the state, federal, and international law.

GC-Booster strongly supports and cooperates law enforcement efforts to recover stolen property that it is listed on the site. Please contact our service team if you are concerned that the images in your item description have been used by another GC-Booster user without your authorization.     

30.  TEXTILE QUOTA
The posting, the offering for sale or purchase of textile quota is prohibited on GC-Booster.

31.  TOBACCO
The posting or selling of tobacco-related items such as cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco or coupons for such items is prohibited on GC-Booster as many countries has made regulation in which helps the society to reduce the consuming of tobaccos’ products.

32.  TRANSIT AND SHIPPING RELATED ITEMS
GC-Booster prohibits the listing or sale items related to the commercial airline and public transportation industries such as:

·        Any article of clothing or identification of transportation industries such as commercial airline pilot’s uniforms, flight attendant’s uniforms, airport service personnel uniforms, uniforms related to railway industries, and uniforms of security personnel of public transport industries.

·  Manuals or other materials related to mass commercial public transportation including safety manuals.

·        Any official, internal, or non-public documents

33.  UNAUTHORIZED COPIES OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The listing or sale of unauthorized copies of intellectual property including software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television programs, photographs, or other protected works is forbidden on GC-Booster. Unauthorized items mean any items that are pirated, duplicated, back up, boot leg, etc item without any authorization certificate.

34.  USED CLOTHING AND COSMETICS
GC-Booster prohibits the user to post and sell any used undergarments. Items such as used clothing may be listed or sold on GC-Booster as long as the clothing is still on appropriate condition and has been thoroughly cleaned. Any posting that contains inappropriate descriptions will be removed.

35.  VETERINARY PRODUCTS AND DRUGS FOR ANIMALS
It is ultimately prohibited to list or sell any of Veterinary Products and Drugs for Animals on GC-Booster.

NOTICE:        
The selling of restricted and prohibited products automatically will be deleted from GC-Booster.com site and you will receive information via email from our customer service. The breach to this policy can cause several things as mentioned below:
